How to use the online shop?
We take orders solely through our webpage, where you first need to register. All important information about our products is included in product descriptions and you can find pictures of the products in our photo gallery. The prices of items given include the 25% VAT. In case you had any other questions about our products, please contact us.
For certain items there is a possibility to choose special product features (e.g.: material, colour, size). Some of these special features (e.g.: coloured glass) affect the price of that item. In such cases the extra price is shown next to the product feature and is automatically added to the total price when you order the item.
Some of our products are basic models that are kept in stock. Information about the stock in hand is given in product descriptions. Items with special product features are made on commission. In these cases you will be informed about the expectable time of delivery via e-mail or phone. Objects made on commission can not be returned after placing the order.
Shopping step-by-step
- Choose a product category in the horizontal menu, and then click on the photo of the chosen item to get a detailed description. Here, clicking on photo gallery, you can have a look at the pictures of the item.
- Before sending your order- for certain items- you can choose special product features. Special features can be found in the product description.
- To send the order, first select the number of products, then click „Add to Cart” to get to „Your Shopping Cart”.
- At „Your Shopping Cart” you can change the number of products (when doing so, you will have to click on „refresh” on the right), you can delete items from your list, get back to continue shopping or send the order.
- You will need to sign in to send an order. If you are a registered user, you can sign in with your e-mail address and password. If you are a new user, you will have to fill in a registration form. When completing the registration form, filling in the spaces indicated with ‘*’ is compulsory. In case of wrongly given details we do not take responsibility for complying orders.
- After signing in you will get to ’Contents of Cart’, an overall view of your active orders. After clicking ’Pay’, you can give your billing information and select a delivery option.
- There are two options of delivery. You either choose personal receipt (walk in), or delivery by an express company. Express delivery costs depend on the size and weight of the item and the distance. After sending your order you will receive an e-mail about the exact delivery price to the address you have given at registration.
- Clicking on ’Next’ you get to select a payment option. You can either pay with credit card, or Pay Pal. In case you have a discount code, enter the code to the ’Discount Coupon’ space to get your discount price. After choosing a delivery option your order will be sent to our company. We will contact you on phone or in e-mail within 24 hours to check whether the details we have received are correct.
- Orders placed in DesignShop.eu online shop are to be taken as ‘contract between parties who are physically not present at the same time’ and are to be handled pursuant to the applicable legal provision. An automatic confirmation message will be e-mailed when you have completed your order, which doesn’t mean the contract has automatically become inure. The contract comes in effect when we have checked and approved the order details on phone or by email.
Returns Policy
After the order has been placed, only basic, in-stock models can be returned (this is also indicated in product descriptions). Items with special features, which are made on commission, are unique pieces of artwork, therefore we have no possibility for taking them back.
In line with the prevailing legal regulations you may return items bought at DesignShop.eu within 8 days. Returning an item can be done by either posting it (Tornalja u. 8. Budapest, 1124, Hungary), sending it by an express company or taking it back to our headquarter personally, together with the original bill. Costs of return are to be paid by customer; we can not receipt unpaid packages. We recommend that in case of returning an item by post you post it as a registered parcel, as we can not take responsibility for items lost at post. Please inform us of your wish to return an item in e-mail before actually sending it back.
In case of returning an item, you will get a refund of the complete price you have paid within 30 (thirty) working days. For products that have been ordered and delivered after the order has been checked and confirmed on phone or by e-mail: if the customer does not receipt the delivered item, Józsa Design Kft. has the right to claim the actual price of delivery from the customer.
Please note that returning is only possible in case the item is undamaged.
