Delivery and Guarantee

Personal receipt (walk in)

Items ordered at DesignShop.eu online shop can be received personally at our headquarter (Tornalja u. 8., Budapest, 1124, Hungary ) by appointment previously made on phone or e-mail.

Delivery by an express company

In case you choose delivery to a given address, information about the time and cost of the delivery will be sent to the e-mail address you have given at registration. If you are not at the given address at the time of delivery, the express company will either call you or leave you a note with the phone number of their customer service where you can make inquiries on the delivery. The next working day delivery will be retried.

Guarantee

We give one year guarantee to items above 10 000HUF and 1 month to items below 10 000HUF. Guarantee does not apply to damages caused by inappropriate use, scratches, abrasion, and breakage of glass and ceramic parts.
